There have been substantial reforms in relation to the procedure governing Litigation with the new underlying principles to encourage parties to co-operate and indeed to discourage commencing Litigation at all but if Litigation is necessary, then to ensure that the case proceeds quickly and effectively. 

Alternative forms of remedy are being encouraged such as alternative dispute resolution and we at Ross Williams fully embrace the new rules imposed by recent government reforms.

Where Litigation is necessary, however, we are all well equipped to ensure that your case will proceed swiftly through either the County Court, High Court or Tribunal. Cases are now allocated into the small claims fast track or multi-track procedures and we would be more than happy to discuss these new procedures with you.
